Meet Sam Aisawa, Owner of Comfort Keepers In-Home Care
Sam Aisawa is the owner of the local Comfort Keepers® offices serving older adults and families throughout Anoka, Ramsey, Isanti, Sherburne, Chisago, and Washington Counties in Minnesota. Her career in senior care began as a caregiver and grew through more than a decade of experience in care coordination, operations, and leadership.
Sam joined Comfort Keepers in 2013 as a part-time caregiver while also helping care for her grandmother. That personal caregiving experience strengthened her commitment to helping older adults remain safe, independent, and connected in their own homes.
After earning her degree in Health Information Technology, Sam joined the Comfort Keepers administrative team in 2016. Working closely with local founder Tom Berard, she gained hands-on experience in business development, client care coordination, caregiver support, and home care operations.
Sam continued to take on greater leadership responsibilities and was named President of the Anoka and White Bear Lake offices in 2022. On March 9, 2026, she became the owner of the local Comfort Keepers organization.
Today, Sam works closely with caregivers, nurses, care coordinators, and operational leaders to provide personalized in-home senior care throughout the northern Twin Cities and surrounding Minnesota communities. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, accountability, and a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face when a loved one needs additional support.
Sam is proud to continue the local Comfort Keepers mission of helping seniors live safely, independently, and joyfully at home while giving families greater confidence and peace of mind.
