David and his wife Julie married in 2000 and have three children.  They opened their first Comfort Keepers office in Florence in 2003.  David expanded services by opening Offices in Sumter in 2008, Columbia in 2013 and Charleston in 2019.  David graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences in 1997.

Julie Coker

Registered Nurse

Julie and David Coker were married in 2000 and have three daughters Anna, Kate and Morgan.  She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1999.  Julie is a RN with McLeod Hospital NICU and has been very supportive of Comfort Keepers growth.  

Stephen Beegle

Executive Director of Operations

Stephen managed a psychology research lab at Purdue University, focusing on infectious disease, reproductive health, and substance misuse. He has published multiple papers on infectious diseases and hold certifications in responsible research conduct and project management. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, and swimming. He is also a former Eagle Scout.

Craig Goss

Marketing and Community Relations

Craig manages Marketing strategies in Florence, Sumter, Columbia and Charleston.  He graduated from Francis Marion University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology in 1988.  Craig is a Veteran of the Gulf War 1990-91.   He has been with Comfort Keepers since December 2005.  

Chelsea Tilton

Director of Client Relations

Chelsea joined our Comfort Keepers team in April 2021.  Her background is in management and customer service. Chelsea enjoys interacting with people and assisting our clients and caregivers with their weekly schedules.  She is married and has 3 children.  She enjoys fishing and DIY projects at home.  

Kelsey O'Neal

Director of Recruitment and Retention

Kelsey joined Comfort Keepers in 2018 and plays a key role in fostering relationships, advocating for caregivers, and supporting organizational growth. She values quality time with her husband and three children and finds inspiration in the mountains and life’s simple pleasures. Kelsey draws strength and support from her parents, family, and church community.

Tiffany Drew

RN, Client Care Coordinator

Tiffany, Registered Nurse since 2020 with experience in nephrology, cardiology, CVICU, IMCU, and neuroscience care. she previously served as a case manager and nursing supervisor at Comfort Keepers from 2021 to 2024 and am excited to be back. She is certified in ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale, and she leads with empathy and a passion for helping others. Outside of work, she is a proud mom who enjoys outdoor adventures with her family and trying new foods.

Angelica Isaac

Finance Operations Specialist

Angelica joined the Comfort Keepers team in March 2025.She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from Francis Marion University, earned in 2006. With a strong background in management, accounting, and customer service, she brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of her work.

Amy Bailey

Recruitment Coordinator

Amy joined our Comfort Keepers team in June 2022.   Amy recruits, screens and interviews candidates for employment to ensure we hire the most qualified, caring caregivers to serve our clients.  She enjoys spending time with her family and children in her free time.  

Ariel Caddell

Referral Intake Coordinator

Ariel joined Comfort Keepers in May 2025 and brings with her five years of valuable experience from Sugarush, where she built a strong foundation in food service and earned her food handler certification. At 30 years old, Ariel is known for her laid-back, dependable nature. In her free time, she enjoys reading and baking—two activities that bring her joy and balance.Above all, Ariel is a proud and devoted mother to her 9-year-old daughter, who continues to be her greatest inspiration every single day.

Renee Smith

Client Care Coordinator

Renee joined our Comfort Keepers team in August 2021.  Renee enjoys spending time with her two children, her dogs and cats.  She spends most of her free time at their baseball games and doing things outdoors.  


Denesia Ellison

Scheduling Care Coordinator

Denesia is the middle child in a close-knit family, with an older sister and a younger brother. A proud mama to an 8-month-old baby boy who is truly the light of her life. In her spare time, she enjoys writing, reading, and gaming—activities that let them relax and explore new worlds. She has earned her Pharmacy Technician Certification and strongly believe that dedication and hard work often go further than talent alone. Every day, she strives to lead by example and keep learning and growing, both personally and professionally.

Cyeda Highsmith

Scheduling Care Coordinator

Cyeda is a proud wife and mother of four—two boys and two girls—and the second eldest of her siblings. Family means everything to her, and she cherishes the moments they spend together, especially during their family vacations.

Creativity has always played a big role in her life. Music and drawing are her favorite ways to unwind and express herself—they bring her joy and peace in a busy world.

With a background in management,she joined the Comfort Keepers team in May 2025. One of her greatest passions is serving others. Whether through her professional work or personal relationships, She strives to uplift those around her and leave a positive impact. She believes in the power of compassion, and she is dedicated to supporting the people she cares about and making a meaningful difference wherever she can.

Alisha Brown

Referral Intake Coordinator

Alisha Brown has been a part of Comfort Keepers since 2013. In her role as Referral Intake Coordinator, she blends her background in Sales and the Medical field with a genuine heart for helping others. Alisha is known for her warmth and compassion, always taking the time to truly connect with families and walk alongside them as they make important care decisions. When she’s not at work, Alisha treasures time with her husband and children. Family means everything to her, and she also enjoys being outdoors and the excitement of racing. Two passions that reflect her adventurous spirit and love of community.

Jessica is a devoted mother of three, including one child with special needs, she is a passionate advocate for autism awareness within her community. Balancing a full-time career with family life, she leads with compassion, strength, and unwavering dedication. Family-oriented at heart, she strives to create understanding, support, and inclusion for all.

Raven Paige

Front Desk Receptionist

Raven is our Front Desk Receptionist here at Comfort Keepers, where she spends her days leveraging her extensive background in hospitality, banking, & interpersonal relations to provide a positive experience for everyone she encounters. She is deeply passionate about people & their wellbeing but in her personal time, she enjoys amazing & diverse food selections along with waterfront views.  If you need a smile, laugh, or a hug - she is your person. “Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day.” Alice Morse Earle 

Brandy Williams

On Call Coordinator

Brandy has over four years of experience with Company Keepers and she is passionate about supporting caregivers as they grow into their best selves while ensuring clients receive exceptional care. She takes pride in fostering a positive and compassionate environment where both caregivers and clients feel valued, respected, and supported.

Outside of work,she is happily married with one child and cherishes spending quality time with her family. Her faith plays an important role in her life, and she enjoys attending church regularly. In her free time, she loves relaxing in the sun, tanning, and taking trips to the beach.

Taylor Kale

BSN,RN Client Care Coordinator

Taylor, Registered Nurse since 2023, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree after successfully completing the Accelerated BSN Program with the Medical University of South Carolina's College of Nursing located in Charleston, SC. As a new graduate, she continued her journey at the Medical University, obtaining her first nursing position at MUSC's Ashley River Tower as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit RN. She also floated to CVICU’s step-down unit when needed, focusing on Cardiothoracic Acute Care patients. She is ACLS and BLS certified.

She has since navigated into home health including non-specialty and specialized in-home patient care. She served as an RN Case Manager for a home health company accepting patients with a wide variety of multiple chronic health conditions. She most recently served as a Hospice RN Case Manager specializing in hospice and palliative care for patients with terminal illness. She is driven daily by her unwavering passion and dedication to fulfill her calling to serve others.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and going on outdoor adventures with her dog.
