All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Lisa McNee’s journey into home care started with something deeply personal — helping her own mother find the right care at home. Like many families, she experienced firsthand how overwhelming and emotional that process can be. That experience ultimately inspired her to pursue a path where she could make that same journey easier for others.
Today, Lisa is the proud owner of Comfort Keepers, where she is dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, independent, and engaged in the place they love most — home. Under her leadership, the team has grown to serve hundreds of families, earning a reputation for compassionate care and reliable support.
Before entering the home care industry, Lisa built her career in corporate leadership, bringing strong operational experience and a focus on accountability, quality, and long-term impact. She combines that background with her personal caregiving experience to ensure every family receives thoughtful, high-quality care.
Lisa is passionate about creating meaningful connections — not just providing care, but truly enhancing quality of life for seniors and peace of mind for their families.
